So the use of framerates meant that the performance could be performed in real-time? No need for Neil to act slow so that it can be sped up?

This is one of my favorite videos! :-D This video was actually shot on film at various framerates and telecine’ed intentionally out of sync (this is why you see the intermittent “jumping” as the film and video frames are intentionally mis-synchronized). It creates a really cool effect in this video! The editing was also simple, just cuts from scene to scene with a single fixed-setting camera. This is an excellent example of how to make a very simple cool video which highlights the art and talent within.

Interesting theory. Give the mentally ill more brain damage so we can control them. If they removed the entire brain the person would no longer be sick. Doctors can be such idiots for thinking like this.
