But once the fine was introduced, guess what happened to lateness? It went up. Once the social obligation (turn up on time) had been replaced by a market transaction (Late? That will be £10 please) attitudes changed.

Perspective is tyranny  a renaissance invention ( but seen in photography)?

But perspective is the least truthful - cos humans don’t see images that way - human eye engages emotionally. It remembers what the back of the object looks like. Single viewpoint is not the best view. Eye circles and spends time with objects.

Only painting can recreate this real way of seeing - cubism etc

Book was produced by SS General Walter Schellenberg.

Schellenberg on British Public Schools:

Colonel Professor Dr Franz Six was to be the man in charge of the SS arrest operations in Britain. Six had been ordered to lead a command of six Einsatzkommandos (action commando units), whose job would be to follow the German army across Britain, rounding up the entire Jewish population and placing them in “holding centres” for further decisions.
